We believe that wines are a perfect depiction of a slice in time: of a season, of the place where it was grown, and of the people that brought it to life. Our job, then, is to shepherd the wine along, to gently shape, and to encourage the most authentic expression of L’Envolée’s origins.
The most important ingredient? Love.
2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Introducing the new label: L'Envolée Wines
The 2019 L’Envolée Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant, fruit-driven wine made up of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot, all from the Oakville appellation of the Napa Valley. At first glance, the wine is ruby red with hints of purple on the legs. Fruity aromas of cassis and fresh-picked boysenberries leap from the glass. This wine features a vibrant acidity anchored by round tannins that provide depth and power while highlighting notes of wild strawberries, vanilla, and spice.
